The MATE4MEAT consortium successfully held its 1st Transnational Meeting in Ankara, Turkey, on 15 October 2025. This milestone gathering marked an important step in the project’s journey, bringing partners together to review progress, exchange ideas, and set a clear direction for the upcoming phases.

During the meeting, partners presented updates across all work packages, highlighting the project’s achievements in research, innovation, and dissemination. The discussions focused on strengthening collaboration, aligning activities, and defining key priorities to ensure the project’s objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

The event also reaffirmed the consortium’s shared commitment to advancing sustainable, bio-based packaging solutions for the food sector, supporting the transition toward a more circular and resource-efficient economy.
